Food & Drink Campaign

A campaign promoting an industry report and webinar, including landing page design, email templates, LinkedIn ads, report visuals and HubSpot automation.

The Challenge:

Verve wanted to reconnect with their existing food and drink sector clients while generating new leads. To achieve this, the team developed a unique industry report exploring food trends on TikTok, supported by a live webinar. The challenge lay in creating a visually engaging, multi-channel campaign within a short timeframe, ensuring seamless delivery from advertising through to registration, event follow-up and report downloads. The project also required managing evolving content, as the report itself was still being finalised during the campaign build.


The Approach:

This was a fast-turnaround campaign, requiring a flexible and collaborative approach. I worked alongside a colleague who had refreshed the custom campaign branding from the previous year. Using the updated assets, I designed a full suite of creative materials including:

  • A clean, mobile-first landing page for webinar registration, with clear messaging, accessible layout and strong CTA placement.

  • Bespoke email banners and templates for recruitment, confirmations, reminders, post-event follow-up and report download emails, ensuring consistency and readability across devices.

  • LinkedIn ad creatives, including carousels and animated formats, tailored to the campaign’s target audience and designed to drive both report downloads and webinar registrations.

  • Visual styling and layout support for the report itself, aligning with brand guidelines while ensuring clarity and engagement for digital readers.

Throughout, I collaborated closely with the marketing and research teams, adapting visuals as new insights and report content became available. I also supported the technical setup of HubSpot automations and a Zoom integration for webinar sign-ups and follow-ups, streamlining the registration journey and post-event comms.


The Result:

 The campaign successfully drove strong engagement within the target sector, securing high webinar registrations and report downloads. It delivered a seamless, on-brand multi-channel experience, with consistent messaging from advertising through to post-event follow-up.

The assets created, including landing pages, ad creatives and email templates, have since been repurposed as scalable, reusable resources for future industry reports and campaigns. The automation workflows also improved operational efficiency and ensured a smooth user experience throughout.
