Design a suite of visually engaging emails and survey templates for CoLab, a unique research community by Verve aimed at connecting with Gen Z audiences. The key challenge was working within a platform that restricted complex coding, requiring creative solutions to ensure visually appealing and high-performing templates.
Approach
Designed bold, Gen Z-friendly email templates that were visually striking yet compatible with the platform’s limitations.
Collaborated with Design team members on creating an engaging survey template design and individual question layouts.
Optimised for mobile-first reading habits, ensuring a clean, responsive experience across devices.
Focused on clear messaging, strategic CTA placements, and accessibility, making the emails and surveys easy to scan and interact with.

Created engaging, on-brand emails that worked within the platform’s constraints while maintaining high visual appeal.
